love stainless steel! so easy to maintain! we have our kitchen in only stainless steel or cast iron. takes practice to cook with but worth it, imo. we use barkeepers friend which is essentially oxalic acid.

I've heard of barkeeper's friend. But there's nothing a quick boil couldn't get off so I never got it.
Iβve heard barkeeperβs friend can get cutlery marks off of ceramic, which I need to try.
