Just go to a user's page, click the three dots at the top and select "Block & Hide User". The user's npub will be added to your mute list. After that you can show your mute list to everyone too 😊
You can also log into someone else's account using their npub and see everything they've been doing.

Yeah it wasn't specific to this user, I've seen it twice. I'm not sure they know it's being broadcast either
Not a big deal. Those lists are public anyway. That's how I found out that a lot of people block nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m 🤣
