Something about driving over it in your car?

I've seen people using a cheap blender from a thrift store.

You can walk/jump on it a bit. It meant to be easy to crush once it's burnt. If you can't crush it in your hand it's not there yet.

I used an axe head just lifting and dropping the axe head down. It worked quite well but took a little while. Then I found a used electric chipper/shredder used for 40$. It can't take large diameter branches but it has no trouble with medium sized char.
