I learned how to do a new thing. I created and printed a custom pipe fitting.

I'm trying something out. I'll let you guys know how it works out. I got 900 eggs from a local farmer that are unfit for sale because they don't make weight. I got them for free. Reference the white egg as compared to my brown egg for comparison. They are probably about 2/3 to 3/4 the size of a normal egg. They're supposed to be good for about a year after you do it. I'm having a hard time finding the proper "expensive" lime. So I just used garden lime and doubled the concentration. There's 250 eggs in that bucket.

I have goldenrod all around my yard. And it's my understanding that it is very useful as an anti-inflammatory and a decongestant. I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing with it. Do you use the leaves, the flowers, or both? Do you make a tea or something else?

Also, do you all have a trusted resource that could point me in the right direction?

I am looking for fence charger recommendations. The first charger I had was the biggest solar charger that tractor supply sold. The goats only respected it for about a day. About a year and a half ago I purchased a parmak super energizer 5. This charger worked well but was taken out by lightening.

I was looking for a 12 volt charger but I didn't think they are going to put out enough joules. I looked up some chargers that were in a video Greg Judy did and am suffering from sticker shock. I didn't want to spend $1000 to lose it to lightning again.

I have 6 acres that I am trying to fence. I am splitting it up into sections and am looking to further divide it so it will be a lot of wire. A 4 wire system with wires at 8, 16 , 24 and 40 inches has been working well.

Any recommendations for a charger that could be provided would be appreciated. If anyone has successfully built a charger I would be interested in that as well. I can't imagine that there are $1000 worth of parts in those things.

Got a 3D printer and I'm trying to learn. Everything was going good for a while now things are stringy mostly on the starting layers. This is happening with both pla and petg. Any suggestions or recommendations? Any good 101 type learning resources?

Thanks in advance.

Decided to build my own box spring instead of buying one. 1/4 the cost and 10 times stronger. Only took a couple of hours. It's also not always about the time and money. I get exactly what I'm looking for and the satisfaction that comes from being more self-sufficient.

Just beginning to dabble into amateur radio. In doing research it seems that most of the radios sold in the US have locked frequencies for "channels" that don't require a license.

Where would I find instructions on unlocking or modifying a new radio. I am looking for something similar to a TYT TH-9800.

I need help identifying this. It was found near an old house site.

Another interesting feature would be to be able to search for local posts in general. I may want to know what people in a certain geographic area are posting about.

Been crazy busy this year but I'm finally getting an opportunity to put siding on my house. Another step forward.
