You're using a primals custodial lightning wallet

A 3rd party can still see them which is no different from traditional banks. Privacy from the general public, but not the bank (and any potential 3-letter agencies that "persuade" them)

I honestly don't know if these people just don't understand the basics of bitcoin wallets or if they are just pretending to not understand it in order to cope with realizing their currency offers little more privacy than paypal in 99% of real world use cases.
