How do I post media on nostr? Do I have to use the browser upload like I did with my pfp and banner or is the process different?

Yes, you post the linj to the photo or video you uploaded. For gifs you can use tenor.com

Just search for gif, click the one you want, long hold and copy. Then past link in post.
