Does it have any way to generate an alias email for any service?
I use ProtonMail.
If they are compelled by Swiss law, they have to share information. But ProtonMail doesn't require KYC so it can be the case that all they have to share with the authorities is your IP address.

For anonymous email forwarding I'm using addy.io
I prefer Tutanota, multiple email aliases, available on F-Droid and 1 euro per month if you want extra goodies

Used to use Ctemplar but they closed up shop. Your question prompted me to check again and they're back. Based in Iceland and any country that deports the FBI is a good country for privacy. I'll be checking this out again and not sure about alias etc
My Mom and Dad suggested Startmail. I use it now too. It’s not bad.
I just self host using YunoHost.
