I'm new on plebstr and figuring out how the app works, i cannot seem to be able to link satoshi wallet on my profile 🤔is this an issue with the apple store disabling zapps function or am I missing something?

Try adding the Lightning Address to your profile in iris.to , astral.ninja or any other web client.
