A German walks in to a bar in Berlin and asks for a beer the bar tender says " that il be one hundred eoro " the German say that's outrageous how can you charge me a hundred eoro for a beer the bar tender says "it's not my fault sir it's the war you see twenty eoro for german government 30 eoro for Eu and forty eoro for kiev" the German hands over the hundred eoro and the bartender hands him back ten eoro the German says "I thought it was a hundred eoro for a beer " bartender says "it is we have no beer"
