I use ceramic baking molds for my bagguets , it locks the moisture in , though I don’t use a convection oven cause I don’t have one ,, what brand does the ceramic coated aluminum ? I’d try it!

My wife and I went full cast iron a few years ago. I feel like steaks and other meat definitely taste better.

Idk about aluminum in general, i hear ingesting it can be pretty bad for health, but ceramic isnt flexible and aluminum is. I imagine they won't last long because the aluminum will flex, expand, and contract and break the ceramic.
