Maybe if that works for you. What works for me is high fat and low/no carb.

Where do you get fiber?

I don’t track the fiber content of the foods I eat so not sure how much I’m getting now. I imagine it’s low if it comes from any of the fruits/berries that I eat on occasion (like prunes or avocados).

False equivalence between consumed fat and body fat. Why is the goal 6 pack abs and not general health and fitness as the video above recommends?

There are a couple points I agree with such as avoiding processed foods and sweets. However, I disagree with the disapproval of fatty, dairy, and fried (depending on how it’s made) foods. Do your own research. Don’t put so much faith in AI’s response to your prompts, be wary.

Avoid shitty fat rather, palmoil, transfat, etc

Animal Fat or generally healthy fat is not an issue at all. It’s highly needed in a diet
