Nope. I'm referring to US taxpayers money being "by default" spent on contractors whose DNA is to spy on and censor the whole population.
That computer is most likely part of the Congress infrastructure. Linux has been around for decades, but some juicy under the table "gifts"/bribes are probably what is preventing the Congress to use it.
And it's actually the same in most countries 👀.
