Nah. It shouldn't. People deserve basic respect.

But it does.

Zero income $ = Unfunded open source projects canโ€™t afford a PR hire. Good luck with that dev team. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Making profit $$ = Some small businesses and funded startups might care about customer satisfaction enough to invest in a PR team that actually listens. ๐Ÿค”

Big Tech $$$ = Software that MOST people use on a daily basis has no relationship with customer feedback. They make it. We buy it. End of story. ๐ŸŽ

And also โ€ฆ closing the customer feedback loop in any meaningful way is HARD.

I get it, I really do. But like, common decency goes a long way toward problem solving because hot tempers do not an easy solution make.

This is why we have Nostr. To cool those hot tempers with a few friendly faces.
