why did you decide to quit coffee??
yes it does. During my corporate consultancy days, I used to drink 2-5 shots of espresso a day! 🤦 Was so addicted to it and I hardly sleep due to the demand from my work. So you can only imagine that kind of lifestyle!
I have also discovered that caffeine is not healthy for my sleeping pattern and for my pineal gland. If you are interested to have an active sixth sense and other chakras, which I am, I need my pineal gland to be healthy. ☺️

It is both. I believe coffee is my kryptonite lol
But coffee in-take is not inherently bad depends on individual, time of the day and the amount you drink! You can also check this info with the Sleep Doctor, Dr. Michael Breus and Dr. Amen. The former is a sleep doctor and the latter is focus on brain health. ☺️👏
