Are there concepts for using the heat of a miner to cool a room? Cooling systems usually work with a compressor pump and a refrigerant, right? Maybe absorption chillers could be used in such a system but do these things exist in small?

Exactly, and in regards to home mining in a hot country with your own photovoltaic cooling seems to be even more important than heating, right?
Use the excess heat to run a thermoelectric generator, or a stirling engine to produce electricity? But it sounds like a conservation of energy issue. You will not be able to cool the same room the miner is in by any noticeable amount. The heat needs to go somewhere.
