You can use primal with a different wallet. Honestly I think primal and strike are probably not doing enough kyc to be compliant, but I’m not a lawyer. I suspect they’ll start doing stronger kyc at some point.

Don't you think an exchange is different from lightning wallets for the free and open Internet?

You can use a third party wallet but Primal is leading a lot of non technical users to the slaughterhouse with their social wallet.

Strike gets a lot of information from plaid when the user is linking their bank account or debit card.

All you need to be KYC compliant :

Name

Address

DOB

SSN

DL or ID

Phone / Email

Pretty sure strike gets all that.

They may not have the tightest AML but that’s a different animal.
