I’ve seen some bitcoiners on twitter trying to argue, sorta, against nostr, trying to throw out some gotchas on how nostr works, clients, etc.
Guys. Come on. You research bitcoin for thousands of hours but can’t look into nostr for 15 minutes?

Maybe some of it is valid. Given existance of blacklists and client-side censorship how is nostr censorship resistant? If all clients censor you, you can post, but nobody will see it.

Compared to twitter with one central ability to censor. I’d take the other route, and we’re just getting started with nostr clients, resources, etc
Its better for sure but if majority of used clients (not too many) decide a user is no bueno, its effectively the same. Someone can still probably reach their content but they wont grow and forget virality

It surprised me how much I’ve come to like not seeing any likes/reactions these past few weeks. Whatever benefit some people find with them, not having the option at all has been a significant improvement for me.
