Iβm kinda new to creatine but my muscles feel much fuller with it. Itβs naturally found in meat but you canβt really get the optimal amount without overeating.
Dude I have used creatine for about 2 years and protein powder for atleast 4 years just to find out it was a fuckin slop.
The supplement industry is the most shady industry out there. Itβs totally unregulated. They have been openly caught using heavy metals like lead in their products. All the research you read online are fuckin funded. They just want you to believe that you need their products.
Your ancestors werenβt looking for optimum calories and shit. They just ate, slept and lifted heavy.

Creatine has strong evidence supporting it. And you can get it from diet but 2 pounds of meat is a lot so supplementing with a creatine supplement is convenient.
I still prefer real food. I wonβt buy their slop.π
