Yeah I do the same with the app Yazio. The insights are really helpful.

I curated for me the perfect breakfast with soaked chia seeds, low fat Greek joghurt, fruit and for a slight sweet punch tigernut flower.

Works pretty well so far.

Just need more protein and less fat. Don't want to eat steak and eggs for breakfast.
