Small hack….try some hot/cold therapy. Sauna and near ice cold plunge in succession. 3-4 cycles per session. Lengthening the hot each time. Slowing pace of nose inhalations as well.

Helped me (and others) reset nervous system and cultivate a calmer more compassionate interior space 💓🧬

Thank you. Great idea. I don't have a lot of water resources out here but I can still least take cold and hot showers.
