It’s so easy to publish blogs on nostr now. No server required. Nice rendering in damus and other clients. One of the main reasons i rarely blog is because it’s such a pita. You need to host a server or signup for some centralized platform. If you’re running your own site you have to deal with git files and static site generators, or god forbid wordpress. On nostr you just go to habla.news, push publish, and then BAM, its on all the clients and in peoples feeds of people who follow you. soon damus will be able to create custom lists, so you could create a longform-only list for browsing them. You could even create a longform list that follows a specific hashtag, like all longform #bitcoin blog posts. It’s a beautiful thing. I’m going to be doing this more often.
