Nice work! Slow is smooth, smooth is fast applies on the rower. Drive hard with those strong legs, pull to your chest and pause before resetting. I bet if you get that stroke count down below 30 your speed will go up!

I did both the ski-erg followed by the rower. The picture above is the skier. I’m also short so not sure if that makes a difference. It’s a high paced workout that I do so I try to do as much as I can in that one minute increment and still have steam for the rest of the workout on repeat. ☺️
