I had a dick video send to me and I blocked and hid the user. But because I did that right away, I could not report it. So (hope it will not) next time I first report and then block. Could I still report it somewhere?

I'm not sure it does much as it's a decentralized network and no actual moderators, except in some specific relays.
I've had someone block and report me, thinking I was a ReplyGirl, but it showed up in my notifications. I'm not sure if anyone else actually does anything about it.
