SoCal game is strong. But some of the little places in Arizona and New Mexico are amazing
I bet! I think each joint or city or even state have their own bb specialty. Maybe going further east excluding Texas for texmex is probaby where the flavour dies. π
There is a Walmart in Trinidad Colorado, the last town in the South of Colorado before you cross the pass into New Mexico. Locals sell wild pine nuts, chilies, and tamales in the parking lot. Best pine nuts and tamales Iβve ever had.
