While I believe Venice administration usurping people's right to move freely across the roads they dearly pay for in taxes every year to said administration, and Bezos being illicitly using the violent power of the state to achieve this (thus being 100% complicit in it), the poor guy delivering the package was never forced by anyone except himself to take that job.
