“Have fun paying rent.”

I do think owning a home to live in is generally a good idea. The problem is the cost to acquire one, even via a mountain of 30-yr debt, is unaffordable

Unlike bitcoin you can’t stack fractions of a house with every wage slave paycheck

Hundreds of trillions of monetary premium stuffed into a less bad money. Bitcoin poised to eat it all.

💯 if i were fortunate enough to be wondering what to do with all muh riches and owned more than one home, i would absolutely sell numbers 2 through X for corn. It’s just logical

Yup. Those people will soon start selling homes at the margin for a superior store of value.

Can't happen soon enough.

Primary residences are a consumption good, like groceries or energy

Bingo. Maybe add “durable” to placate the particularly rabid hoomers.

"Theyre not making any more land"

Meanwhile...

Makes me wonder... Is beach front property turning into a shitcoin 🤔

I sold all mine a decade ago because Al Gore said it would be underwater by 2030 smh 🤷🏼‍♂️

Definitely underwater relative to Bitcoin.

I wouldn't be surprised if his real estate portfolio increased his allocation to beach front properties, in the meantime 😂

Literally

Getting banned from Reddit (for saying I’d love for Craig Wright to get murdered 😂) pushed me to Twitter late 2022. On Twitter I learned about nostr. Moved here and haven’t looked back at either of those shithole platforms. I lucked out.

And those people can eat an overflowing bag of dicks for speaking without saying anything useful.

Until there is a river of blood in the streets this will not change.
