How do you imagine that Nostr could/will break out into the mainstream?

Bitcoin maxis reach consensus that it's not worth spamming Nostr with an orgaistic Bitcoin ad every 2nd post. Nocoiners who login start to find their signal and stick around. A guy can dream.

Lol, if this is dependent on voluntarily refraining from orgiastic spam, I think we’re in trouble.

I'm about ready to unfollow some people because of the nostr click. Ai- its worn out its welcome. There is alot of good signal here but it's work to find it right now.
