A lot of people get pretty dogmatic about this stuff, don't assume that someone else's "one size fits all" suggestion will work for you, but it seems hard to be THAT physically and mentally healthy without sufficient sleep, supportive meat space friendships/relationships, varied and abundant exercise, a diet that any more than flirts with the center of the supermarket, and a passion that gives you direction.

Also, some people have underlying conditions that won't allow them to feel good even when seemingly doing all the right things.
