LMNT
que?
It's an electrolyte supplement. Comes in raw (unflavored) and a bunch of flavors (with stevia added). You can make your own pretty easily, and the crucial one seems to be sodium since it helps the body hold onto the others.
Helps add hydration and You add it to your water that’s the best form . I don’t do the stevia had no idea there was one tbh.
I prefer the raw and basic.
It has 3 ingredients. Magnesium, sodium and potassium. All things that our bodies lack and need.
I drink at least one a day in a mason jar full of water.
Add it to your daily routine of some fresh air, some exercise (can even be a walk doesn’t have to be anything hard core) and a decent diet and you’ll see the difference buddy.
Cocaïne
Morning walks in the woods do wonders too
agreed
gets me excited to go out
Jokes aside sleep, early non internet walks, breakfast.
I dont know how easy this is to you but incorporating 1-2h of walking/biking during the day overall will improve energy a lot
aaaaa
i need a bike so bad, but i have nowhere to store it
walks do sound nice tho
went for a 10 minute run yesterday to shock my body
Carnivore diet
Early morning power walk in nature soon after waking up, shower, poached egg on top of crushed avocado/toast, coconut water and an espresso. Then you are ready for the day…
damn
sounds solid
Mostly fatty beef. Little to no carbs or plants.
Correct. Carnivore. https://youtu.be/5yp4DnNo7T0?si=-j25s0xVNoKIApg6
i already have a higher than normal cholesterol level
unsure if it's for me
Exactly. Big rabbit hole for you here. Start with the history of Ancel Keys: https://youtu.be/7exFBHbZWnM?si=x3Spt55NKfXKw4rN
You have higher than normal *LDL, a lipoprotein. Many people lower their LDL with carnivore. Insulin resistance and LDL particle size are the primary causes of atherosclerosis, not LDL count. There’s much more to research.
Cut carbs. Eat more protein. Drink more water. sleep 7-8 hours. Get outside and take a one hour long walk.
Every day.
I think keeping sleep patterns consistent is vital. Also, moving your body in the morning (even just a walk outside)
A lot of people get pretty dogmatic about this stuff, don't assume that someone else's "one size fits all" suggestion will work for you, but it seems hard to be THAT physically and mentally healthy without sufficient sleep, supportive meat space friendships/relationships, varied and abundant exercise, a diet that any more than flirts with the center of the supermarket, and a passion that gives you direction.
Also, some people have underlying conditions that won't allow them to feel good even when seemingly doing all the right things.
Telling you what works for me in no particular order:
- clean and well balanced food. Yes, veggies too
- vitamin D
- working out
- enough sleep, but not too much. But try to have your 6 - 9h (depends) and stick to it
- being motivated by something (partner, money, kids etc.)
What works for me: Sunlight, no sugar, change color or all screens to be warmer(less blue light, no caffeine after 9am, morning walk outside.
*no added sugar. I love fruit
Carnivore diet. Game changer for energy levels!
