Cold Turkey is asking for trouble; you're just going to feel terrible and get nothing done.

The easiest way I found is tapering off.

Get some caffeine pills and a pill cutter. Halve the amount every 5 days or so. If you feel headaches coming on you've gone too fast or too much.

It works with basically no discomfort or loss of time.

You're doing amazing in your recovery.

And then you're not.

A voice pops up in your head and convinces you one won't hurt.

Dopamine is like fire.

You can use it to make a bonfire and keep your village warm, or you can burn your house down and everything in it.

What you can't do is opt out.

There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing.
