I think that’s the more likely template where it will be region by region, totalitarian by totalitarian.
And in “liberal democracies” they’re just going to require ID to access big tech social media which will have a major chilling effect.
No because elon is in cahoots with the government. The government gives him some leeway so people can say you see you see he's one of us but he gets paid by the government. The government signs his checks
