I also recommend that you get yourself a "nostr address". Think of it as a unique username. Anyone can create an account and use the same name as you, but nostr address is unique.
I got mine from nostr-check.com
I found your video so helpful. I had no idea decentralized social media was even a thing, though I felt it was needed. I'm excited to learn about nostr.
