I’m not, I have a pretty balanced diet, animal and plant based. But I do take protein powder (isolate) since I workout almost everyday

That’s interesting. I will take a look into it. I’m a big believer in “listen to your body” for the moment I feel great with my diet, but I’ve never tried a meat, eggs, diary only diet. I will try to do it for a whole month this year and see how I feel.
