Reminds me, I heard an announcer on a edm station talking about "synth pioneers" and all I could think about was pioneers making synths out of natural materials and clearing a dance club out of the woods π

yeah, fuck i forget what his name was but his artist name was A.B. Digeridu and he used to perform with a ... what are those drums called, Djembe... he sat on a djembe, tooted on a didge, and i think he controlled an effects pedal and amp mostly with his feet... fuckin legend
i could trance out listening to him, pretty sure a few times i just stood in front of his rig and stomped for like half an hour
i miss those days so bad... damn it was 30 years ago... haven't been any place or experienced anything since like those days in the byron hills
