Well this shit is whack.
It was specifically said this way because all of those coins were being gathered up from all across the government and put into a single reserve. The point being everything would be in one place and then they could decide to sell if needed. While the Bitcoin had a caveat that it wasn't supposed to be sold, this reserve did not have that.
That's why Trump had to post soon after because all the Bitcoiners were all butt hurt that they weren't included, but in reality it was a totally different reserve for Bitcoin. If they had been included, that would have meant that they were eligible to be sold.
