Trump:

“If Putin’s tanks hadn’t been slowed by muddy terrain, they could’ve reached Kyiv much faster.”

In reality, the ground around Kyiv was still frozen on February 24, 2022, with muddy conditions emerging about three weeks later. Russia’s failure to capture Kyiv stemmed from poor planning, underestimating Ukrainian resistance, the skill and determination of Ukrainian soldiers in battles at Hostomel, Bucha, Irpin, Moschun, Makariv, and Brovary, and the Ukrainian Army’s steadfast defense of Chernihiv.

Quite likely that Trump thinks he can force Ukraine into a one-sided peace deal by lying about the effectiveness of Russian forces. A strategy that's ultimately no different than what Biden was doing. Just – in usual Trump fashion – being implemented in a much more heavy handed and overt way.

The truth is, Ukraine can absolutely defeat Russia by force. This pisses off a lot of scumbags in the west who have made tons of money off of trade with Russia. But it's a much better option than the alternative of yet more invasions and war.

Trump is either a Russian asset or a massive idiot, the latter being more likely

where are these shitty muddy shits come from, Mr. Dump??

Is it just me or is Trump trying to give Russia an "excuse" they can use to say why they didn't win this war?

Mentioning the battlefield conditions seems to me, like an attempt to do that.

I don't think it's a 4d chess move, it's just too strange- even for him, to truly believe.
