Gm. Working on the buckskin jacket. Getting close to done. But i still want to do a lot of fancy herringbone lace stitching... on the cuffs, pockets etc. maybe done by the new year.

You can learn a lot just taking or cutting apart clothes than fit you well and then using the pieces as templates to re construct the garment. Thats what i usually do. You can also buy patterns.
