Depends on the yardage and weight. nostr:nprofile1qqspd02uap9euad07q8sd4clj3n7vtdr3qf3drdy3w8wk6aduhae8ycpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhszrnhwden5te0dehhxtnvdakz7qg4waehxw309ahx7um5wghxyarr0f5zuarh9uhjfv9q nostr:nprofile1qqsv4pk4t26zd4fdu9ejgy7knwd3kp360xqfdzutd9344zd9v2h3hmqprpmhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuumwdae8gtnnda3kjctvq9phwue69uhkc6n2wfchzdnxwfhx6dfkdajk7am20fckv7nxde5hwut3wphks7t8x3krvctyv9mk26m8dq68vmrfvanxxeejd3ukgtn0de5k7msprdmhxue69uhkx6rjd9ehgurfd3kzumn0wd68yvfwvdhk6fqmqgc

Almost 90 yds, about 70g, about 8 wpi

Finnsheep, nice drape, little elasticity.

I would look at similar products at your LYS and set a price.

It looks beautifully drapey and very consistent, go you ๐ŸŽ‰. I haven't gone down the spinning rabbit hole, but I'm not sure I'd have the patience ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Thanks :)

To my delight, I find I don't need patience most of the time. I love the wool and the process! I do cuss out my spinning wheel tension from time to time ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿคซ

๐Ÿ˜‚ if you're not swearing are you even yarning?

Probably not ๐Ÿ˜œ

Mmmmmm i wants more wool things

market value? not nearly as much as the work that goes into it.

People who buy handspun yarn aren't that interested in undyed, "plain" yarn. They would rather buy art yarn that is highly stylistic and requires a lot of skill to create. At the very least you have to dye the fleece or the yarn in an artistic way to elevate it.

If you want to keep it natural and undyed, you could make it into a finished product. There's a decent market of people who like buying from someone who had their hand in the whole supply chain.

that's my two cents. I've sold hand spun yarn and hand dyed yarn before in two different seasons of my life. The hand dyed yarn did much much better. I'd still be doing it if not for these babies I'm raising.

hope that helps!

If Raven did it: PRICELESS!
