The Sovereign Individual changed my life. One of the best books I've read.
Lately translated to Italian, cant stop reading it 😍
My take is that the book is written by time traveler from a possible future to either prevent something or to ensure something happens.
They get some much right and the kind of things they get “wrong” seem strategical wrong and lukewarm, essential the way you’d get things “wrong” to be able to deny accusations of being a time traveler 🧳
i already had an inkling of most of these things, just not so much optimism in 1998
but they really nail it in so many ways... not long after this was published i also was moving in all the directions it talks about, the free speech, the counter-inflationary, the anti-monopoly
truly the author of this text had angelic vision
