also, check out privacy respecting https://jmp.chat/ . imo it's a one-two punch. if you need a Canadian (or US) number you can make calls from and receive 2fa and pay with #sats check them out. it's jabber so it likely won't fly for authentication with the bank, but you can receive most 2fa codes and have inbound/outbound calls/texts

How reliable are their services? I am tempted and almost pulled a trigger on US identify, but hesitated due to my inability to verify that the number I will get will be OK and not listed as spam or something else. 🐶🐾🫂

no outbound calls, so no worry about being listed as spam. it's basically for official verificafion and data. combined with jmp.chat (jabber, so bank 2fa is likely out, but can receive most 2fa and make outbound calls) it's a one-two punch for privacy. did you listen to the podcast link yet? do check it out if you haven't. it's worth your time
