We need app for US! To identify with US! To mean something to US. This will never happen from the global standing point. You will always end up delivering something for masses. Generic graphics, generic funtionalities, generic ux, 0 soul and meaning.
Turn up the outrage dial just a little bit…
At some point nostr will win out and gain market share. As time goes on more censorship will take place and the people get cancelled on social the more they will migrate to #nostr

The speed at which Threads became huge and then completely irrelevant was quite profound.
All of the people laughing about the demise of twitter and how great and friendly threads is very quickly realised the only reason they're relevant at all is because of arguing with people who have different views to them on twitter... Which has been literally moderated out of existence on threads.
aka discovery blackmail - using the ai validator blockchain stakeholder maximalisation model to permit loops and mirrors of content to "terrify" users into selection and engagement. relegating users to "digital prison" governance if they won't engage.
one of the best alternatives to that of course is simply owning your narratives openly. which is why i personally ascribe to if i am going to ruminate on it, i am going to document it in inotes with a screenshot at the very least, post a tweet or note about the concept. i have found many of my own problems are easily relatable - and so it's helpful for others to have access to general anecdotal accounts written simply.

Threads had no business model, It was a bad copypasted Twitter version, above all it missed the important aspect of humanity in 2023: Freedom. in 2009 people didnt care much about freedom on social media but now since no one trusts main stream media now people want a social media they can rely on esp in the age of misinformation
