I have no idea why my videos have no sound, (in some clients, not all), when I upload via #Amethyst, using either nostr.build or blossom.primal.net.
Can someone please explain ?

It's what I tried to say.
Some people hear all videos I upload, either using client Primal or client Amethyst.
Other people only hear audio, when I upload via Primal.
It's a mystery! 🙄
What happens if you choose no compression on Amethyst's upload screen?

It's using AAC audio (MP4). I don't think Firefox supports that by default. If your video encoder lets you choose, try MP3, Opus, or Vorbis.
I am using a phone. I can try to convert audio...but I am not open to upload my videos to convert... 😏
