Went through my whole contact list. Only worked for 2 contacts and myself. I'm guessing they have some list of accounts that have interacted with bitcoin in some way and do internal testing with them. I remember a year or 2 ago, someone found a website where you could see an associated npub with cashtags as well, but only 1 of my contacts (plus me) worked.
