Nicotine is my last chemical vice.

Basic rule of thumb: if you want to quit it, then at some level you feel trapped by it, so quit it.

If you can quit for 2 days, you can bite down and quit for 2 weeks. That's how long physical cessation takes it's toll.

After that, it's all psychological. At 2 months the concious mind lets go after 2 years the subconscious mind starts to move on.
