Do you believe in bodily autonomy? And to be clear I'm not talking about children, I'm talking about adults. Do they have the right to do what they want with there own bodies?
Also, all identity is basically imagined. Personalities are cloaks that we wear. I certainly can't deny there's a contradiction going on in that person's reality, I'm just saying it's not really my business how they go about resolving that but i wish them the best. Further, should they ask me to refer to them by some pronoun or other it's not really any skin off my nose to be polite and respect that. I suppose you think that's enabling and encouraging their delusion, to me it's just polite.
Which is more real, consciousness or form? Is a persons identity more or less real than their physical self? A person with gender dysphoria can either deny or try to change one or the other, their identity or their body. I don't presume to know what is best for them.

A trans persons identity issues aren't, to me, any weirder than the myriad of other mental conditions that most everybody is made up of. People are weird, and unique, and that's beautiful.
But what people do with their own bodies isn't really my concern 🤷♂️

Most people have identity issues of one form or another. I'm OK with classifying gender dysphoria as delusion but only in so much that all identity issues are. People's identities are complex emotional and mental constructs built around a persons subjective experience. If it's reality you're looking for, actual ultimate reality not a persons subjective reality, you're not going to find it in the mental/personality constructs of a trans identifying person or any other kind of person.

I had an old pi 3b and 20x4 LCD kicking around without a current use case so I decided to make a bitcoin ticker/block clock thing with them.
It's mostly been built to connect to my local instance of Bitcoin Explorer but it can also connect to a Mempool instance or directly to a BTC Core node (not many data screens available yet for those last 2 options though)
For Bitcoin Explorer it can currently display fiat exchange rates (gbp, usd, eur) and sats to fiat with an option for Moscow time, market cap, next halving details/countdown, latest block details, and current supply.

Great experience on Android so far. Seemed to be working pretty well in Brave with Amber, but I had some issues signing certain events (but I'm sure that will improve as Amber matures). So now I'm using Kiwi Browser with nos2x extension and is pretty seemless so far.

Anyway, that's the last I'll mention this situation, and will just put it down to bad luck. TBH I find it hard to believe it was deliberate for the sake of a few k sats. Just a bit disappointing. Something clearly went wrong somewhere though. 🤷♂️
I've not really been on here for months and ceased working on the client I was working on a while ago too. Not in any way because I'm disillusioned thoigh. I'm still massively bullish on Nostr, life has just taken me in some different directions recently. Maybe I'll try and build, or contribute to, something again at a later date though.
Like I said, my relay is still up for the moment but payments/new members are disabled. I may get around to setting up a different payment option at some point but in the meantime, assuming the server costs don't become a problem for me, it's up and running.
