How many of you have completely surpassed the need to check FIAT/BTC metrics? I see so much back and forth joy or fear posting when USD equivalent gets a big bump or a big dump.
What is the main point or principle that brings you calm and resolve in the face of panic or joy in market sentiment?
Thought it would help to share what that item is for others to also evaluate.
For me it truly is the supply limit along with the size of the market participants that have a massive incentive now to keep that limit in place. I think we have moved beyond that point at which all the participants would be willing to change those rules.

Correct, it is one of the few item's in a person's life that cannot be stolen or captured by the government. Faith is not something you can steal , one can only work to replace through lies and coercion to beat and batter the individual into submission.
Government as God replacement models have shown time and time again through history to only incite the largest degrees of willfull disregard for human life along with incentivising structures that put another human over and above another with little to no value given to their thoughts or right to life.

I often have to remind myself we are always in the midst of history and recalibrate the longevity of my thinking realizing the future echos our actions take on. These protocols and discoveries (Bitcoin and Nostr) are immensely important for us as a people.
Imagine our species 1,000 years out, possibly even on multiple planets decentralized and with the acceleration of multiplication and expansion on our side. It’s staggering to contemplate the store of human endeavor and value crammed into each Bitcoin. They will look back at this time in history as the founding of the tools for true decentralization of human thought, voice and value. 1 Bitcoin (2023) = 1 Bitcoin (3033), but the difference is the history of human work and progress which happens within each it is the ultimate black hole of human value contained in 21,000,000 containers. #bitcoin #nostr #hope
