If you want to find the ultimate nutritional truth, you must think in molecules, not pretty colors and what "seems" super natural and healthy based on the incomplete stories we've been told.

This is where 99% of health influencers are stuck. They don't understand that the fruit we see today are NOT natural—they are a manmade frankenfood resulting from thousands of years of bioengineering. Even the most home-grown, pesticide-free fruit you grew in your own garden is just a clump of fiber & sugar that inflicts the exact same damage onto your liver as alcohol.

If you want to have a piece of fruit every once in a while, go for it! None of us are perfect and it's obviously not going to kill you immediately.

But just understand that doing so is purely for taste bud entertainment. It is a clear net-negative for your health.

Back in 2020, while hiking in the forest in NorCal, I met an old Chinese man who told me he was a dedicated student of Chinese medicine.

One of the tips he gave me was that doing these alternating scrunch-and-release motions with your toes is a good way to stimulate blood circulation throughout your whole body, since there are a lot of nerves that run all the way through your nervous system and down into your toes.

I never dug any further into the science behind it, but it always made sense to me, can't possibly be a bad thing, and makes me feel like a silly goose, so I do it as often as I can.

Interesting. 2 follow-ups:

1) So you're saying that anything that makes it through the blood-brain barrier is truly permanent, and the human body has no way to cleanse foreign contaminants that have accumulated there?

2) Does the blood not go through a constant refreshing process, similar to how autophagy refreshes cells?

How long does it take for someone's blood to fully recycle/detox from heavy metals after taking the covid jab or other vaccine?
