But it encourages group think to completely handicap opposing opinions. I get downvoted into oblivion for posting factual content then is not politically correct with the Reddit mindset. People don’t even think they just mindlessly downvote when they see others doing the same. Not only does it bury my comment it starts to rate limit my posts to even discuss shit.

I have a natural aversion to the word "progressive" , even though I know that the semantics are entirely different here .

I always found the use of the word politically to be arbitrary and vague . Like you could make progress towards any goal you want, doesn't mean it's good. Hitler was very progressive , if your idea of progress was the Holocaust.

I may have overextended myself with this rant .
