Thank you!
The trick for 3d perspective is the most complex part, the rest is just placing them in the right order.
You should try to tear the HTML apart and see how each piece act on its own, using the inspector is the quickest way to do that.
Feel free to ask me about anything you don't understand! ๐ค
You sure can!
Some time ago I've tried to use it as a scene item for an experiment.
You can also compose them to build more complex things.
I love CSS!
To truly have control you need to understand it's rules and the cascading mindset.
Here's an example of a fun project made with it CSS by me, it's even in 3D.
Is it the font? Some seems to look gigantic, for my case it seems that only the auto-translated ones are affected.
This week for #screenshotsaturday I've published on npm the jpad-components library, along with the 3D Drone demo!
https://www.npmjs.com/package/jpad-components
Here's the CSS 3D Drone demo
https://codepen.io/nostranger/pen/abxzVKy

The drone demo uses a game loop class I've published as a standalone for reusing in future projects, hope it's useful for you too.

Slack it's just a slow and bloated IRC clone with attachments.
I'd replace it today if I could...
#thoughtstr
It's ok, maybe having it over nostr or something for help from others.
If I find something nice I'd be glad to upload it myself.
I keep checking if there's something new to try now and then, probably the other 100 where doing the same.
Maybe a feed somehow would help, or an hashtag to follow... ๐ค
Found this video animation while digging my old bookmarks collection.
Made by Nissan for promotion on renewable energy for their products.
It's really cute and thought it'd be nice to share!
There was also an interactive educational website, but it's sadly down now.

A bit late for #screenshotsaturday but there's some great news.
The project has been published on GitHub! ๐
The repository is here ๐

While the code is ready for use, I'm almost there with the README, landing page and deployment over npm.
In the meantime, here's a sneak peek of the minimal landing/docs page #wip

Today I installed Miniflux and RSSHub on my VPS, what a terrific duo! ๐ฅ๐ฅ
What I noticed is that what she's describing as something bad is what I'd actually want from a Creative Commons or Foss license.
- Free to use and distribute
- Others can change and adapt my work
- They can use part of it to make something else
Seeing those statements as "stealing" your work is just weird to me.
Like publishing on YouTube and complaining that other can see and share your videos without permission.
At least that's how I understood it.
Of course, what I meant was that she's describing how open source licenses work in general. ๐
Beware! All social media companies do this. ๐คฎ

She basically describing an open source license... ๐คท
Personally, I don't mind, but some users might appreciate it if it's possible to opt out.
Maybe listing your relays alongside the user's, maybe in a separate section named "built-in" or similar, might be a smart choice.
Simply to force HTTPS on everyone, like the rest of the cooler features...
I code mainly from a VPS and it's hell without being able to use localhost, I've managed to make it work by proxing the dev port on a domain with Nginx (and Let's Encrypt).
The difference between their implementation and a custom JS one, is that the crypto library is backed by native code which enhance security, or at least that's what they claim...
Not sure how much of an advantage it really is though, I'm not an expert on that matter.
This week I did some changes to the gamepad web-component library, It now supports mouse and keyboard inputs.
Everything can be configured and defined declaratively in HTML, you can then use the element directly in code to read its inputs or just listen the the events triggered as you interact with it.
Here's an example or a common gamepad layout and its respective code.
I'll be publishing the code by next week.
