I’m so happy after smoking 40+ years, 7 years ago I seriously decided to quit smoking and never touched any of that vaping bullshit. Without any help it took me about three weeks to completely get rid of the addiction and associated habits. I will never touch a cigarette again as I feel the receptors will turn the addiction back on immediately.
Weird enough I now even find the smell of others smoking very unpleasant, even outside.
